Paglalakbay ng Hinagpis

Lahat na yata ng daan,
iyong nang dinaanan
Bawat sulok ng mundo'y,
iyong pinuntahan

Naghahanap ng kapayapaan,
lumalayo sa tabak ng digmaan
Inukit sa bawat rebulto,
ang dakila mong pangalan

Ngunit wala kang mararating,
at daratnan mo'y malalim bangin
Ang Paraisong iyong natagpuan,
ay niyurakan at ito'y tinabunan

Nagsimula kang magiting at marangal,
sa katapusa'y kukunin ang yung lamang
Sa bawat butil ng buhagin sa hangin,
katumbas ng isang milyong nagdadalangin

Ika'y mapapadapa sa hinagpis,
titingin sa langit at mananangis
Isusumpa ang araw ng iyong pagkapanganak,
isusumpa ang iyong mga maling binalak

The Night of the Day

Look; I've became what I'm not,
stood in the midst of the crowd
Thorns dug deeper by the minute,
as my lies rides the tide's limits

I leave under a different skin,
and attracted all of the sins
Little by little I drift away,
this world lives on the night of the day

I covered myself with dirt,
to hide the scars of birth
It helped but not for long,
so I hid it to all of my songs

The chains I hope will bind,
the world who lives in the night
And if the time came to be,
I'll set this world free

Rm. 315

There's a place where this heart departs,
and seeks it's lost memories
For the past came and go,
but never took the worries

In my head I play the same music,
the one that made me happy
But then the silence came,
and those knife came in handy

I sat at the corners of that room,
thinking of those blissful august days
Wondering if the time will come,
when I'll touch your loving face

There's a sanctuary where this heart departs,
and seeks it's lost identity,
While the future run and flow,
it looks for that sympathy

On Friday mornings I would smile,
and though of those wonderful times
Then the lights all went out,
the wind struck those mourning chimes

I looked outside the window panes,
thinking of those blissful august days
Wondering if the time will come,
when I can catch with age's moving pace

The Cult

They say God is with them,
and been followed by the millions
They teach all of the blasphemy,
with all of their dominions

The sound of their voice is heard,
and many calls it prophetic
Some stand out of the circle,
and call those word pathetic

You can see them in wearing white,
everyday they travel to baptize
They in mission to expand their belief,
leaving the true faithful demoralized

So be careful of the cult,
that use God's name to revolt
They'll fool you if they have the chance,
and pierce your faith with a lance

Fantasy Play

I can be a noble king,
the ruler of all the lands
I could be a knight,
and fight with a sword in hand

I could make a lot of magic,
like a wizard with a wand
Or be so damn wicked,
who measure time with sand

The deepest forest could be my home,
and hunt for unicorns and trolls
The darkest dungeon could be my resting place,
and be a criminal who have taken his toll

I may posses the ark of the covenant,
and cross the traitorous red sea
I revolt against the Greeks,
and hide with the Maccabees

I could be a famous author,
who writes all the world's pain
Or maybe I'm a dreaming fool,
who drives everyone insane

In Your Presence

I touched the face of the earth,
been in your presence since my birth

For years you gave me all that I need,
I used these to fulfill my deeds

All the trials I've yet to face,
inspire me to continue the days

Teach me all the knowledge,
I'll seek life's true image

So let me stand in your presence,
while i make up for my absence

Because the past was indeed poor,
and temptation shook and lured

This simple man who lives,
ask the presence and your dreams

I Lost the Light

I lost the light that gave words,
the rays that shed color in this mind
I lost the shine and gave in the murks,
the spark that made things right

The dimmest light that I've treasured,
left my sight and was lost for good
The darkness meant my life is pressured,
and I stand, in grave, one of my foot

I lost the light that gave me the world,
the beams penetrate my lonely heart
I lost the fire that gave me warmth,
and left me to torn apart
